The rules of the road
Using VulcanBot
When you add VulcanBot to your server or use our dashboard, you're agreeing to play by these rules. If something here doesn't work for you, that's okay - but you'll need to remove the bot. Continued use means you're on board with any updates we make.
What We Provide
VulcanBot handles moderation, tickets, incident tracking, automations, voice management, logging, and more. Core features are free with sensible limits. Premium unlocks custom branding - that's the only paid feature.
Your Part
Keep your Discord account secure, use the bot for legitimate purposes, follow Discord's own rules, and don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse our systems. Pretty standard stuff.
We Can Cut Access
If you violate these terms, abuse the service, or cause problems for our community, we can suspend or terminate your access. No drama - just keeping things fair for everyone.
Don't Be a Jerk
No malware, harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, spamming, raiding, or sketchy behavior. Keep it classy.
Our Stuff
VulcanBot's code, branding, and features belong to us. Don't redistribute, modify, or rip off our work. The name and logo are protected - ask before using them.
Uptime Isn't Guaranteed
We aim for reliability, but things break sometimes. Updates happen. Servers go down. We're not liable for interruptions or any resulting issues.
Liability Limits
VulcanBot is provided as-is. We're not responsible for damages, data loss, moderation mistakes, or anything beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the last 30 days (which for most people is zero).
You Cover Us
If your use of VulcanBot causes legal trouble, you agree to handle it and keep us out of it. That includes your violations, third-party disputes, and any content you manage through the bot.
No Warranties
We don't promise the bot will be perfect, meet every need, or work flawlessly forever. Use it at your own risk.
Terms Can Change
We might update these terms. Major changes get announced. The date at the top tells you when we last made changes.
Legal Stuff
US law governs. Disputes go to arbitration. No class actions. The boring legal framework that keeps things orderly.
